  1. Warranty Coverage

1.1 LillyPad Ergonomics LLC ("the Company") warrants to the original purchaser that its ergonomic chair products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the duration specified herein, subject to normal use of 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.

1.2 Standard Warranty Period: 12 years from the date of purchase.

1.3 Exceptions to Standard Warranty:
a) Fabric and Foam: 6 years when used up to 40 hours per week by individuals weighing up to 300 pounds.
b) 24/7 Use Settings: 3 years for fabric and foam.
c) Heavy-Duty Chairs: 3 years, including fabric and foam.

  1. Exclusions

2.1 This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

a) Misuse, abuse, or use inconsistent with the product's intended purpose.
b) Normal wear and tear.
c) Unauthorized modifications or alterations to the product.
d) Improper storage conditions.
e) Natural variations in wood, leather, or fabric materials, including color changes over time.

2.2 Damages covered under Section 2.1 shall not be considered defects in materials or workmanship and are not eligible for repair, replacement, or refund under this warranty.

  1. Warranty Period

3.1 The warranty period commences on the date of purchase as evidenced by the original sales receipt or other valid proof of purchase.

  1. Remedies

4.1 For valid warranty claims, the Company will, at its discretion, either repair the defective product or provide a comparable replacement product at no additional cost to the original purchaser.

  1. Claim Procedure

5.1 To initiate a warranty claim, the original purchaser must present proof of purchase.5.2 Retain the original sales receipt or other valid proof of purchase for warranty claim purposes.

  1. Limitation of Liability

7.1 The remedies provided herein are the customer's sole and exclusive remedies.7.2 In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the product.

  1. Governing Law

8.1 This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
